A well known financial institution was having a difficult time getting their reporting documents mailed to their investors on time. Financial documents are extremely time sensitive and must be delivered by certain dates that are dictated by law.
Whitlock began working with this client as the fulfillment and mailing agent. We relied on the client to deliver four color brochures, envelopes, variable data documents, and in some cases a distribution check so that we could assemble and mail. All of the components were being delivered to Whitlock from different sources. If any one component was delivered late from any one of the outside sources the entire mailing was in jeopardy of not going out on time.
